Roadrunner Errand Express offers time saving, work-life balance solutions. By contacting Roadrunner Errand Express to accomplish task, you gain time back to spend however you wish – for other task, friends, family, loved ones or leisure.

Rates for service is based upon the type of service requested, call for your personalized quote (928-788-9479). We do have many special packages to accommodate many different lifestyles. Every one of us have a different lifestyle and a variety of errands that would make life simple, for this reason, quotes are made during consultation.
Holidays recognized - Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, New Years.

Additional time is rounded to 15 min increments
Mileage is included in price, if you live a 30 mile radius from Ft Mohave, travel time from city to city will be charged at the current IRS rate.
Cost of merchandise and/or any outside service fees will be the responsibility of client

Same Day; If company schedule permits; anytime within normal business hours. Additional $10 charge added to clients bill
Three hour or less notice; within normal business hours. Additional $10 per hour charge added to client’s bill
After Hours, Weekends & Holidays; Additional $15 per hour charge added to client’s bill.
All fees owed to Roadrunner Errand Express expected at time of service or before, unless otherwise arranged and agreed. Cash, check, MasterCard, Visa. A small handling fee will be assessed for credit card payments.
$25 fee assessed for returned checks in addition to fees/charges imposed by banking institution.
Accounts 7 days past due, after service is rendered, incur late fee.

Some examples of custom packages:
Seasonal or Absentee Homeowner package
The package comes with a complimentary bottle of Champagne or soft drink of your choice. We can set up your home and watercraft, have all your central air/utilities set and waiting for your arrival. The groceries purchased and set up in your kitchen. Please ask about our house-sitter package. We will be pleased to check that all utilities are off and your house is safe during your absence, until your next visit.
Get well package - We can deliver a get well basket, go and visit, make sure proper prescriptions are available, pick up the essentials to help the indisposed patient feel better (tissue, juice, chicken soup, etc.), even deliver a lovely bouquet of flowers or balloons to let them know you care.
New mom package- We can plan a baby shower, put together a baby's room, set up post-natal appointments, deliver formula and diapers, and even deliver meals.
We provide membership plans for the convenience of our clients who need us on a regular basis. Plans have a quarterly or annual membership fee. Please call for price quotes
FOR NEW MEMBERS: We have tailored quarterly plans, and annual plans.
Roadrunner Errand Express has several pre-paid plans for our clients to choose from including our MEMBERSHIP plan:
- Gold - TOP LEVEL -- Clients receive 20% off of the hourly rate. There is no minimum number of hours for our Special Gold members.
- Copper - Clients receive 15% off of the hourly rate. Minimum number of hours used per month is 15.
- Quartz - Clients receive 10% off of the hourly rate. Minimum number of hours used per month is 5.
Included in our Gold, Copper & Quartz Membership packages (no additional fees):
- Top priority over clients without membership
- Wake-up calls
- Special day reminders, by mail or phone
- Appointment Setting (Doctor, meetings, nails, hair)
- Reservation Set up (Dinner, day spa golf)
- Surcharges are waived (Ex: Holidays, weekends, last-minute notice)
SMALL/MEDIUM BUSINESS
GENERAL ERRANDS FOR SMALL BUSINESS
(1 hour minimum charge) after 1st hour of service, charges will be rounded to every 1/4 hour
This means as a business you do not have to pay taxes or insurance on a additional employee, no paying vacation pay, and you pay only for the time we spend on your projects, no paying for down time of an in-office employee.
Roadrunner Errand Express has general errands price for all ala carte services. Should you require our services on a more regular basis, we have different packages to accommodate your specific needs.
- Your Small Business Membership package allows you to purchase a block of time for monthly errands.
- Membership packages DO NOT cover the cost of merchandise.
- Your block of time must be used within 30-days of purchase.
- The above membership packages do not cover special services such as (vacation house sitting, pet taxi, etc.).
- As with normal hourly services, we must receive a request for services 24-hours prior to the time a service is needed.
- Monthly membership fees are due the first of the month.
- Memberships include: Top Priority over clients with no memberships.
- Clients with memberships are not able to request weekly specials.

NOTE: All rates listed may vary and are subject to change. There may be an additional charge for excess mileage depending on where we need to go or the total miles traveled.

Instructions for using our grocery shopping services:
- A personalized list will be made based on the information you provide on your first order. I will keep an ongoing personal log of your preferences. For future orders, you will only need to check off the quantity of the items you need and add any new items or changes that you would like.
- All orders must be made at least 24-hours prior to delivery.
- An Errand Service Account will be set up during the initial consultation. A beginning balance will be agreed upon and should your balance fall below the limit you requested to keep, Roadrunner Errand Express will inform you so you can replenish your balance.
- We accept cash, checks, and the following credit cards: MasterCard and Visa, for payment.
Instructions for sending us your grocery shopping list:
- Your NAME, ADDRESS, and HOME TELEPHONE NUMBER.
- Your PHONE NUMBER or EMAIL where you can be reached for confirmation, or in case we have a question about your order.
- Delivery date and time
- Give us the name of your supermarket.
- Give us any special instructions that you may have.
Examples:
- Low-fat
- Low-sodium
- Diabetic
- "I would like slightly green bananas".
- List the actual items that we are to shop for:
- The size or weight of each item
- The quantity (how many of each item)
- The brand name (ex. "Pepperidge Farm" ) If no brand name is chosen, it will be left to our discretion.
- A full description of the item

- Double check your list to make sure it is accurate and complete.
- If coupons and/or store cards are to be used, please leave them at your home or business if we are picking up your grocery list.
